I normally give a 5 star awesome review but not today!... I have had an appointment for 3 weeks. After leaving a voicemail this morning for them to confirm my appointment since I didn't receive the normal text or call they send; I received a call back stating they had to reschedule my appointment due to the dentist calling in sick. I completely understand that things happen, people get sick, schedules have to rearranged. I do not understand why I would have to wait A WHOLE OTHER MONTH to be seen. As I expressed my concerns about this to the chick on the phone (wish I got her name!). She apologized blah blah blah... but than I say "I may have to find another dentist to get into sooner" her response was "so would you like me to inactivate your account with us?".... WHAT?!... It's nice to know that your office is SO QUICK to lose a long term patient. Since that comment... I have now found a new dentist...
06/13/18 in response to your reply... yes, that is correct. I am only able to come on Tuesday. I understand you get booked up for this day. HENCE THE REASON I HAD THIS APPOINTMENT BOOKED OUT 3 WEEKS PRIOR... & again I understand that people get sick & the dentist had to call in... are you not able to help see the patients of the other dentist when he calls out? Also having to wait a month to be seen AFTER YOUR OFFICE CANCELLED ON ME... is a bit ridiculous. I absolutely LOVED coming to your office but since your office staff was so quick to "inactivate my account" with you... I have went ahead & found another dentist. If she would not have made that statement. I would have kept my rescheduled appointment for a month out.
