  • Joe is incredibly thorough and by the book. He might even be more OCD than me, which is saying a lot. He was great about communication via text/email beforehand, and kept me updated day of when he was late. His inspections will most likely take longer than other companies because he's very diligent. He's a dream inspector for a buyer, but probably a terror for the seller because he will find everything. His report is awesome because he records the process and later dictates it to the report so you get all the details. He uses laymen terms, which I appreciated. And with that he'd explain what is acceptable vs what isn't so you know what you're looking for or what you'll need to do to fix things. Price wise he's spot on or even slightly less than the competition, so no worries there. Definitely recommend him for your home inspection, but he does stay booked so get him early!
