I read all the reviews and was kind of eh about going, but my phone stopped working and I need to go ASAP. I went, and was greeted by a gentlemen whom then finalized I was there for my appointment.
Wait time was probably about 10-15 mins. As I was waiting though, I could hear the customers talking to the Associates. The associates were knowledgeable. I know my technology. Yes it gets frustrating when someone doesnt understand but keeps repeating the same questions. I "LOL" at the under 3 star ratings because of that. You're treated how you act. The people behind the desk, are simply having a good time. A lot of people have a "dry" sense of humor...well this is AZ, so, yeah.
Anyways. I was helped. I explained the problem and turns out that my phone had a recall back in Oct 2015. I had no clue. It explained why I was having so many problems with it. They ordered me a new one and its on its way. Very friendly people. I had no issues at all. Total time there was less thank 45 mins.
