  • I'm glad all the hipster joints are pretty much in the same area, makes it easier for me to avoid. Tried their "famous" chicken thigh sandwich, it was gross. Not crunchy at all and the sous vide technique doesn't work, chicken tasted like a rubber band. If you're going to stick my chicken in a deep fryer it better come out crispy... Out.
