  • I have been an ongoing customer since 2014, and having switched between therapists throughout the years. I have to say its been a great three years. The prices are a little bit extreme for my taste, but I have to say its been helpful and worth it by reducing stress and anxiety, thanks to the therapist who always listens. The key is to listen and I appreciate that from the therapist. The front desk can be friendly at times. TABLET: The switch from paper to the tablet, I have to say congratulations! Pretty simple w/out the questions on the tablet. I love the idea, but remove the questionaires, make it simple. From a person who looks at a screen 24 hours a day, thank you. Suggestion to the front desk: do not ask for a Gratituty unless offered, otherwise thank you for the three years at Massage Envy, I will always continue to be a customer.
