  • Looked at a lot of short term/weekly/monthly places and this one is the best! The ladies in the office are so nice and caring. From the moment I walked in they were nice to us. So friendly and upbeat! The building reminds me of old Vegas. You can tell this was what it was like in the 50's and 60's. Residents are pet friendly. Pet rent is $12 a month and $150 deposit. The full kitchen studios are actually pretty big. You can hear the planes fly over because you are so close to the airport. There is a pool and grass in the court yard. No spa. Some people are just guests here and others residents. I had a problem with my ac and they switched it out 2 times. Still couldn't cool off the studio in the afternoon/evenings. It was great in morning so cool. Then 3pm to 3am it was soooo hot I couldn't understand why. It was so bad that I would take 3-4 cold showers a night. They ordered me a new unit. Now it's all good. They actually care about the people who stay here.
