  • After a total of 24 years of being a cox customer, it will be ending this week. Started with the cable last year and then the phone and this week will be going to Century Link. Tired of all the time wasted to get the bill correct. Tired of their cat and mouse pricing game where they give you a deal that expires in the middle of your billing cycle so you have no chance to make sure that a new cat and mouse pricing plan is available. They bend you over way too many times but will no longer take it. Really don't care how good Century link Internet is because it will be $20 a month less that what I was paying after they shafted me of my customer loyalty discount because I no longer bundle. I hope more people will take the plunge and leave cox. based on all these low ratings.
