  • This one star rating is for service, pricing, management. I just walked in to have 5 pages scanned to my email and drop off a prepaid package to return to Amazon. No prices posted for scanning. Took him less than 30 seconds and he charged me a $1.00 a page! Almost $6.00 for 30 seconds of work. You can go to OfficeMax for 25 cents or the library for free. I was stunned and commented on how crazy the cost was and how i didnt find it fair since I wasn't even informed or a notice posted and the manager was literally standing right there and didn't address it at all. Then I had to ask again about my package that he had already taken from me. It was sitting on top of the trashcan. Then again had to request a receipt for proof that I dropped it off. I won't come back to this store.
