  • It started out great. I got a good deal working from Walmart but I have to pay one time for 1 year. I consider that good because I have a particular distaste in giving out my credit card information. I pay and my membership lasts for a year. The gym is good. It could really use more squat racks. I have no use for the classes. The problem started when I renewed for my 2nd year. They increased the prices a bit but the one I talked to scammed me. I wanted to pay one time for 1 year again but he told me it was cheaper to pay for 5 months and a continuing bi-weekly payment for the rest of the year. IT WAS A 1 YEAR CONTRACT WITH A START DATE AND END DATE. I don't understand why a hybrid one-time payment and bi-weekly payment is cheaper than me paying for the year one time. But I gave in. I didn't go to the gym that much my 2nd year but I honored my contract. By the end of the year, I thought billing would stop but they continued billing me. Then they pointed out that policy. WHY WOULD THEY PUT AN END DATE TO A CONTRACT BUT AUTO BILL BEYOND THAT?? It's stupid. And remember, I was scammed into signing with my credit card. They didn't refund the excess bill. I just wanted to be out of there. Screw this gym anyway. They also lack 25, 10 and 5 plates. NEVER GOING BACK!
