  • I am not upset with the people working at this fiat dealership at this point; however, I am very disappointed in the fact that my AC compressor was defective going out at under 30k miles. I'm extra upset that they have been backordered for quite some time! That tells me they have many out as defective. It is still triple digits often here in Las Vegas and we were driving during the hottest parts of the day with the almost useless visors on the 500L. Almost impossible to have the windows open on the freeway. Now after it has been out almost 4 weeks, and they looked at it about 3+ weeks ago, they now say it will be 2 MORE weeks! They told me 2 weeks... 2 weeks ago. That's just NOT ok. My husband's car had an issue that cost us considerable money and I had decided to return to doing some uber using my Fiat for the first time to recoup some expense. BUT I CANT use it WITHOUT AC! I'm just glad I don't have young children anymore even though I did have to take my elderly 80yr old father twice in a car with no AC when it was over 90 degrees! Chrysler needs to get their crap together and make sure parts are available for things that matter! Ridiculous.
