The rules are ridiculous. If I want to insure my items, that should be up to me. If my property is damaged, that's the risk I'm willing to take. But they require it. Further, while I understand it's a rule that there's no "piggy backing" on entering, there's nothing to stop someone from doing it. So many people do it - I've done it and many people do it when I Open the gate. But today, someone refused to move so I was sitting there waiting for them to move and I'm not sure if it was an employee that was blocking me or another customer, but then an employee comes out and says "you must enter your own passcode." Ok, fine. I back up to enter it and then the person finally moved. If you're going to have people like that, then you should either enforce the rules for everyone, or don't bother at with it at all. I don't have time for that and quite frankly, I don't care about entering a passcode. I understand that it's for security but you should get a better system.
