I love the tea, the staff is always super friendly, and they always have a great atmosphere. I would probably come more often if they had a loyalty program like Starbucks and D'Lish. I've asked how they do it and they say by memory. That's almost like favoritism. So if you don't go when the same employee is working they won't know how many you've ordered. Only thing missing is a loyalty drink card or app. Only reason I rarely get my coffee or tea here.
