Went in there for morning coffee. Young man behind the counter greeted me. Thumbs up for that. Coffee area was decently clean. Place wasn't busy at all. Took my coffee to the register to pay for it. The same young man was busy on his cell phone. I stood and waited, didn't interrupt him. Once he looked up, he asked if I was ready. I said yes. After he rang the coffee I waited for the screen to allow for me to put in my awards number. It didn't come on. I questioned him about it . He said it didn't work. I like getting my points for the free coffee. I told him I would contact corporate to let them know. He started laughing and became rude towards me. I told him it wasn't about him till he got rude. I asked for my receipt and tried to explain to him again and he blew me off with more laughter and in a condescending tone, "See you tomorrow " This was my first visit to this particular Circle K. It's my last one too. I've only had great experiences at every other Circle K. It's a shame he made this Circle K a bad experience.
