  • What a unique e-tailer! I have been a patron of MM for two years now and have found that the prices are not only cheapest in general, but their sales tend to be steeper than any other Canadian e-tailor. From a unique bundle sale where the on-shelf price of the average retail store was at least 4X that of what MM set it's themed collection of games at in September 2012 (read: frightening savings!), to their products arriving completely undamaged - Steve Leford has created a boardgaming retail legacy and bar that all others in Canada strive to and often fail to meet. On one occasion a product was missing from a shipment. Steve replied via emaii within 3 hours and offered me 4 alternative products of equal or greater value (as it was fixed bundles). Excellently packaged with lots of cushion for collectors and the new $9.99 flat rate across the country (down from $16 or so to AB and BC), making shipping charges from MM the cheapest flat rate buy in the country! An awesome feature, unique to MM, is the "Ship it Later" feature. Want one or two boardgames only that are on sale? Damaged box reduction? Previously Enjoyed (yes he discounts both the aforementioned categories more steeply than any other e-tailer as well!), you can pay for the product up front and choose to wait till you have more items/get friends to order through your account as well till you're ready to pay for shipping for a larger order. Can't wait to make my next purchase!
