| - I have gone to 3 different artist at Sassy lash for over 2 years. Artists come and go. There are a few very good artist, but this review is not about their work. This review is about how poorly they run their business and treat their customers! I have never cancelled, not showed, or not complemented their work. The first incident was a "NO SHOW" with me waiting for a "NEW" artist, due to mine leaving. I left after 30 min of waiting in the wait room! Several months passed, I thought I should try once more and maybe that was just bad luck! The NEWEST artist was very good and fast, so I stuck with her! This week, I confirmed my appointment (as always) and I book my appointment weeks in advance online. I waited for my artist, and was told she had an emergency and they were sorry, and that the manager would contact me. 20 min or so later, I get a text with the manager stating that... The artist doesn't feel comfortable with me, and I made her uncomfortable talking about RACE!! I have no idea what she is talking about!! I asked the manager to call me. She hasn't!! The artist is white ? She also confirmed my appointment 2 days ago! I asked the manager if there was a reason I wasn't cancelled before?? They literally waited until I was sitting in there waiting room!! I have never seen such a degree of unprofessionalism!! ARTIST ARE GOOD! THE WAY I WAS TREATED TODAY.... IS UNEXCUSIBLE!! I will NEVER RETURN TO SASSY LASH!! Read other reviews... Lots of complaints!! Finding a new place!!
