I couldn't be more disappointed in the property. I usually stay at the Venetian, Bellagio, or Subset Station if I bring the kids. The staff are surly and elitist. I had to almost beg a crap dealer to explain the feature bet, poker table dealers are not consistent at all in their information. 25$ to use the fridge in the room? I was put in a handicapped room and they refused to move me. The towels were gray and worn. Food service staff not interested in service, rather herding food around. Thing is, after all the hooplah about an old school experience, it's just there worst of the faceless new way in Vegas. Every manage I spoke with put themselves in a silo and made excuses for their staff. I went through the painful exercise of entering my email AGAIN during in room checkout. Never got the bill in email and had to go to front desk. Their attitude wasn't apologetic at all that I had to make a special trip to get my bill. "That just doesn't work sometimes". I'll never stay here again. If you like where you go, don't bother with the Wynn.
