  • Bought a granite sink and they wanted 260.00 to install so we went with our regular installer for 100.00 He came today to install, did all the work to take out the old one and doing all the u see work for the new one. Went and put in the new one had a huge crack in it. He has to come back tomorrow so now we have to pay double for his time which in understandable. Lowes told us they will not accommodate us with a discount because we should have used their installers. I said it had a crack don't care he said . Now also today Lowes was supposed to have someone out here to fix our new oven that is 75 degrees off they have never called or showed up . As I have sat here and waited all day. Waited 45 min for Lowes only to tell me they don't know why he didn't show up and they don't k ow if he will. What kind of business is the this Amazing 2 days ago we went to this Lowes and not a soul in site to help us so we left wanting to buy a tub but did not get one there Last nite we went and what a different story we were blessed with Art. What a fantastic employee helped us all the way with every step of the way. He is the one to ask for. The picture with no one in it was the nite we could not find an employee. The next 3 is our savior last night art. He is fabulous that is why I changed it to 5 stars for Art and the manager Robert. Awesome
