I would give a lower star rating but I think she meant well.
I came in this evening to redeem my birthday drink and I wanted to try the rainbow unicorn frappuccino. I was then informed that they were all out of the ingredients for over 2 hours as of this posting. Disappointed but I understood so I started to get ready to leave. She asks if I had tried it yet. I told her, "no that's what I'm trying to do!" She then says to me, "don't worry, you aren't missing out on anything. Would you like anything else?" Umm I'm sorry but that is pretty bad customer service and work ethic to tell a customer basically that they shouldn't bother with something new.
There is a reason I was trying to get the drink especially for my birthday. I wanted to try it not listen to someone tell me that it isn't worth it. Sorry but you don't know my taste.
