  • I used to come here every single Friday for a 90 minute massage with 2 of my friends. It then changed to a 2hr massage. Being members the price for a 2hr massage was $36 plus tip. We always tipped $30 for the 2hr. Initially I always requested Jimmy but then one day he went on vacation according to the front desk and then never returned. I then discovered Jack and he gave a similar massage to Jimmy, I was in heaven. Heaven was short-lived once Jack started to doze off during the massage. At first it his dozing wasn't too bad since he only dozed off when he was sitting down and massaging my feet and everything else was fantastic. Then my friend said he saw Jack giving me a one handed massage bc he was on his phone. I barely noticed that so it wasn't too much of an issue for me. What I couldn't deal with was when he started dozing off as soon as the massage started, it became hard to relax when the massage would randomly stop and he would jerk awake. I decided to give Jack a break and find another person the following week to have as a back-up. On Chinese New Year we arrive for our scheduled 2hr massage, I booked Linda this time. The three of us are walked into a room and one of the women from the front desk follows us back and asks if it's ok to cut our 2hr massage down to a 90 minute since it is Chinese New Year and the massage therapists want to leave early. Sure no problem. Then the massage therapist named Terri (he is the one that has a man bun) said to my friend that he can only do 1hr. So we asked if he could get a different therapist that would be able to do a 90 minute since the rest of us were still getting a 90 minute one. Idk what went wrong but all we heard him say was don't ever ask for me again and stormed out of the room. Cut to the same front desk lady coming back and asking if all of our massages could be an hr now again bc of Chinese New Year. We are very flexible but it got to the point where we were annoyed bc Chinese New Year was not a surprise to them, it happens every year. They could have called us earlier in the week to reschedule or at least early in the day so we could have gone somewhere else, but waiting until we were in the room was just a mess. At this point we are laying down and our feet are in the water so we agree to this hr massage. I was then told that Linda would be about 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later and there is no Linda and the massage is now about halfway over for my friends. One of my friends who is also my assistant calls the front desk to find out what is going on. Linda comes in about 10 minutes later and starts my massage. Well it was not relaxing bc she talked to Terri the entire time. I was relaxed for about 10 minutes when everyone else's massage was over and my therapist no longer had anyone to talk to. What really blew my mind was she kept telling me that after today I should go to Flamingo where I assume she now works. That day ended with Terri yelling at my friend never to ask for him again and my friend asking the front desk if they were ok with him speaking like this to a customer. It was a hot mess. We stopped going for about a month, but recently ran into Terri working at East Foot Spa, nowhere near Spring Mountain. Decided to give it another try tonite so we called to schedule and request Tony since she missed his massages and a female for myself. They said to come at 8pm instead of 730 since Tony was still in another session. Perfect. We get there at 8pm and we are kept waiting for almost 15 minutes. Tony comes out and all of a sudden the same front desk lady from last time asks if we can do a 60 minute instead of a 90 minute bc Tony is tired and they are really busy. After waiting for so long and needing to pick up my kid in Henderson by a certain time we just agreed to the 60 minute. The massages were good tonite, but per the usual the front desk is terrible at communicating with their customers but what is even more mind boggling is their ineptitude at communicating with those they are around all day. It seems as if the front desk says yes to everything on the phone to get you in their establishment and then convince you to get what they want to give you instead of what you scheduled ahead of time. I wish I could give more than 2 stars because the massages by a select few really are superb, like with Jack and Tony but the front desk always manages to leave you annoyed and yelling while driving home.
