I don't think our house was ready to be moved into. We have wood flooring throughout the upstairs of our rental. During our move, we noticed a section of the floor was bubbled (No big deal.) However, over the course of three months the floor has become a nuisance. We called the maintenance team to get it looked at and replaced. The second guy that came out was a complete jerk. He told us we had to get carpet and that was that. I believe he was management with waypoint. Anyway, two weeks later the actual installation guy came out. He said that the floor could be saved. Whoever did the initial flooring did not glue the floor down properly. We went back with waypoint to see if we could save it and they said no. We have to get carpet. Last week was the carpet installation day. The new installation guy asked us if we wanted to save our wood floor. Of course our answer was yes, but we wanted to talk to waypoint again. Of course they still said NO. My fiancé has a paraplegic family member. All of the rooms are located up stairs. With holidays coming up the wood flooring is ideal for our family member with needs. Which is why we choose this home. Waypoint would rather rip up the perfectly good wood flooring rather than just getting it glued...well fixed. The handles on the fridge were broken, the top of the microwave fell off on the first day of moving in. The window screen was cracked up stairs. Daniel fixed all these things, but broke our blind doing so (yes three months later it's still broken.) The previous tenants & waypoint never removed the satellite dish from the side of the house. The HOA wrote us up and charged us for that, our sink was broken and last but not least all of the blinds are sun burnt stained, gross and old. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. The headache and frustration is not worth your sanity.
