We haven't been going to this location for quite a while, but it was a frigid and snowy Saturday morning and it's much closer than our regular No Frills. No. 1 reason for staying away is it's just too damn busy. The line ups at the cash get so long that they start blocking the isles. It's even worse now that they're busing people in from the Coxwell store which is under renovation. No. 2 reason is we never come out of there with all the flyer specials we want because they are out of stock. If you ask the answer is always the same. "The truck isn't in yet." They must teach them to say that at grocery clerk school.
We were looking for D'Italiano bread ($1.97 in flyer). But of course the truck wasn't in yet. Let me see now, D'Italiano is made by Weston, and Weston owns No Frills, Loblaws, Valu-Mart Etc. and they can't get deliveries from their own companies on time for the Saturday morning shopping rush. Gimme a break.
