  • PLEASE STEER CLEAR OF AUTUMN CREEK APARTMENTS!!!! I cannot warn you enough about this roach hole. There are some very nice people living there that deserve a lot better than what is provided. 1. Nice on the outside, not the inside. They recently "renovated" the area my friends were living in and made it look very lovely. But that didn't help mask the horrific problems inside the apartments themselves. The bathroom was in disrepair, the oven and stove were dirty and barely functioned, and the walls were full of tiny holes from previous insect infestations. 2. Maintenance is a foreign word. You had better be prepared to not raise a single problem to the management because you will NOT be helped unless you hold them at gunpoint and threaten them. You are expected to do everything yourself and if you complain, YOU are the problem. 3. Courtesy is a thing of the past. I'm glad some people on here have found helpful assistants in the office, but my friends were never so lucky! They were consistently rude to my friends and made every little thing more of a hassle. 4. ROACHES. The apartment that was given to my friends became infested with these little annoying roaches that crapped everywhere! Half the items in the home were ruined and had to be thrown away because they were full of dead roaches and their excrement. The staff was informed of this fact and disregarded it multiple times. PLEASE, GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!
