rev:text	I am a stylist for 39 years ,I worked for supercuts and opened the store on ray and power back in 2004 .it was a great place to work I managed it until 2008 when it was time for me to open my own business. it was a salon that had great people ! fun place to work ! I came back there as a stylist in may of 2018 . I started working 40 hour a week . I was friendly and with great customer service ran into old faces from 2004 . it was great to see everyone.then it was taken over 1 month later . new owners I wanted to be positive and give it all my best ! and after 39 years I'm told that there were clients complaints about me being ruff on there head ! but the complaints come in to Bambi . there were a few girls that came back that had worked there before witch I thought it washing to be a fun salon . but being I'm from New York and I'm also italic they didn't like that I spoke loud from what I was told ! mean while I have a stylist talking about her other job to the clients or on the floor with clients but thats ok! thinking I'm doing what an assistant manager should do but to discuss it to my manager or owner ! or he going back telling lies to the manager about me . and instead of the manager coming to be with these complaints or the owner . instead of looking at my number of what I brought into this new owner salon , when I was told right from him that all he cares about are the numbers !!!!! I with the highest , I was let go with no write up ! not even a chance to tell me side of the story of what my point of view was I was let go !!! I don't think that its fare to say! its intimidation ! and discrimination. I've covered Bambis shif and worked 11 hours that day !I did what she asked of me ! and I wasn't getting my chance to speak ! I think its funny that the owner said he's a fair guy !!!! that he cares about people to much !!!! I walked around to every store to pass out cards . I covered all the shifts nobody else wanted . I've seen so bad reviews about Bambi ! I heard that other managers have told the owner about her ! and she must walk on water ! I gave her a chance and all along she kept saying the owner only cares about us ! me and you !1 funny ! I don't think Bambi cared about me all along from day one she wanted me gone ! so anyone that ever thinks about going to work there .she is always complaining about personal things hides in the office never likes to work ! and the owner will tell you one thing to your face and feel another way. about you !!! not a fare parson . what goes around comes back around !
