  • My fiancĂ© and I came out from CA for the weekend to view and book a chapel for our upcoming wedding in December. We saw this venue online and liked that it was off of Las Vegas Blvd. however from the moment we walked in I felt very unwelcome. There were a couple of girls at the front desk and when asked how they can help us the one sitting behind the computer turned to the other volunteering her to assist us. It gave me the impression that I interrupted their little chit chat and neither one seemed interested in assisting us. She showed us the smaller room only because the larger one was in use at the time but I didn't like that the smaller room was just a few feet away from the front entrance. During our short little tour I couldn't help but notice the lack of interest she expressed, which created moments of awkwardness when there was very little conversation going on...one or two word answers to any questions I had. We may be having a very small scale wedding but it's still a very special day for us and I want to know that the people coordinating our wedding will treat it as such. We had previously checked out a couple of others and the quality of service was so much better than this place but for more money. I guess you really get what you pay for smh.
