  • Stopped in last night to try this place out, was hoping to satisfy my creole itch since I won't be getting back to NOLA anytime soon. The food was pretty good overall and they had a nice selection of Abita beers. I had the crawpuppies, which were a little on the small side but tasty, kinda like a spicy fried mini crab cake, and the shrimp and grits, which were damned good. Washed it all down with a couple Purple Haze's and thought about dessert but was to full. Overall a good spot for some decent creole faire, I would love to come back and try some of the other menu offerings next time I'm in town.
