We have gotten excellent services at multiple Enterprise locations throughout the country, and as Plus members, we appreciate the rapid check in process. Today was the rare exception. The lady behind us in the Plus line was escorted to a kiosk then to the counter ahead of us when the kiosk didn't work for her. Then the rep at the Plus station insisted on helping a leggy young lady in short shorts who arrived well after us, and threw us a meaningless "I will be right with you guys." Another rep eventually helped us, and she was pleasant but didn't exactly exhibit the trademark Enterprise friendliness. We would have given the experience the lowest mark if it wasn't for the great service provided by the garage agents. We will consider other options for our next rental in Vegas. Update: Mark at the car return found out about our check in experience and promised to follow up. He also offered us a very reasonable and thoughtful discount. Both actions were much appreciated and exemplify the type of customer service that we expect from Enterprise. Thank you Mark!
