  • All the reviews about this place give it one star. My story is a little different but, it still has similar pattern. My car was stolen. I reported it stolen. Two days later the police inform me they found it and that they had impounded it at quality towing. They fumbled with the paper work. "Oh we don't have it verified. we have it in our lot but, we don't have it verified" I go through this with them for half the day. Then they finally do say its cool for me to down to pick it up. I find out that I get a "discount" for having it impounded by police. So they are going to charge me for being the victim of a car theft. Wonderful.... Aside from charging me a lot of money she has to inconvenience me as well. Its clearly not enough that they can legally charge me this much but, they also have to take my time as well.... So when I finally get there, they tell me "oh you filed the police report but, your mother is registered as the owner so she will have to sign off on it"... I live in Henderson, so does my mom. I talked with this "Rai" chick She gave me conflicting information. I was getting really pissed. So my mom shows up. She recognizes me with her and I ask her if we can be helped now because I've been here earlier in the day. "One moment.... ohhh and get in the back of the line" My mom didn't have time to be in line. So she left took care of other business and got back there. We were the last people there and they took their sweet sweet time to get my car back. I have not been this frustrated with a company since I worked with Teavana. Do not use this company.
