This is the worst doctors office I've ever experienced, from trying to schedule an appointment, the appointment itself and all the way to billing Adalante healthcare is a mess.
When you call you are on hold forever trying to speak to someone but then you can hang up, call right back and get though immediately.
I had a month lapse in insurance so I paid the self pay rate for 2 of my daughters appointments and then they received payment from the insurance because it was back dated and now a year later after multiple attempts to try to receive my money I still have not heard back or received my money even though they have confirmed that they received payment from my insurance. Every time I call I get a "call back in a couple days to follow up" so this time I asked for the supervisor because when I called last week she was out of town for the holiday weekend and they said she would be back in on Tuesday. Well when I called and asked to speak to her I was told "well I can try to transfer you to her but you'll probably get her voicemail and I don't know what the turn around time is for when she will call you back" That is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable that you cant reach a supervisor when you've called multiple times with no resolution.
Then I went to an appointment for the OBGYN for myself and they wouldn't transfer the amount they already owe me to cover my copay and I had to pay before they would see me even though they owe me 3x the amount of my copay. At this same visit I was told that the doctor was running 10 minutes behind and I would be called back shortly. I was not called back until an hour after my appointment time (no exaggeration!) and then waited another 45 minutes for the provider to come into the room.
Then when they call you for any reason.. they leave a message saying "this is ____ with adalante healthcare calling for _____ please give us a call back" to their 877 number and don't tell you what they're calling for.. so when you call back the 877 number you have no idea which option to press because who knows if it was billing calling, peds, ob, family, dentistry... you have no idea because they don't leave any indication as to why they called and left you a message.. and when you call back and tell them you received a voicemail and you're just returning the call, you wait on hold forever and then whomever picks up has no idea why you're calling either and they are EXTREMELY rude!!!
I don't know how this office is still in practice when the front end is so rude, the scheduling obviously needs some help with time management and the billing office doesn't know how to manage money. Definitely do not recommend this place, and definitely will not be back.
