  • What can I say? We have bought and sold many homes over the years, but the experience with Tiffany was unparalleled. From the moment we first spoke on the phone, Tiffany has been a relentless advocate and has delivered sound advice to help us secure a fast close (1/2 the average days on market!). Tiffany's right hand gal, Shannan was also uber responsive and organized throughout. Tiffany organized gorgeous photos, ran many open homes, brandished our house judiciously on social media and with the agent network, helped coordinate staging, negotiated fearlessly and overcame objections like a boss. Tiffany knows all there is to know about real estate and makes sure that her clients' interests are protected, all while she gracefully ushers the transaction over the line. I loved that we texted throughout and maintained completely open communication. Tiffany was Taking Care of Business the entire time and we love her for it. Thanks Tiffany!!
