  • I found the sales person at this location to be rude and unpleasant. She made be feel ver unwelcome. I then asked another person to help us, and she was much more helpful. I don't know why sales people at certain stores act so unhelpful. It seemed like we were being judged and not deemed worthy of her time. I will go to another Ulta beauty next time. I will add that the second sales person, was so sweet, so helpful and brought a very nice attitude to her job, but I wouldn't want to risk having to ask for help from the first gal, so I probably would not go back to this location.
