  • Completely unexpected. We would have had a better experience at Palms AYCE. Seafood is served but chilled. No options - some Mexican but no Asian. Maybe they were aiming for a solely French experience? Roast was dry. No pasta station. They didn't even have the pre-requisite Vegas buffet item - pizza. The food was old - even an hour after the menu was swapped to dinner only an hour ag Cleanup attendants walked past twice and didn't bat an eye - their stations were empty. They were pushing around empty cleanup carts for 5 minutes. Our waitress Roxanne was exceptional even if she was tending to way too many tables on her own. This place doesn't make sense - for all the French accoutrements and decor, you'd think it would have a menu to match. Not so. Harrah's bought Paris. It's gone downhill since. This is a place to avoid. Don't be fooled by the Groupon deal for 2 - not worth the $64 we spent. Roxanne sent the manager over and we spoke with Cindy, who invited us back for breakfast- not brunch. We'll review again if we decide to come back.
