  • I liked the coaches and enjoyed the workouts but beware of the contracts and management. I had to stop going due to a foot injury and tried to cancel my membership. The manager on duty emailed me the form and I sent it back. They have continued charging me for 3 months. I've gone in there, called, and emailed numerous times. It's always somebody new and there is nothing they can do. Recently I was told that the owner has a zero tolerance policy on refunds. I explained that I have records showing when the cancellation was put in and the new manager asked me to send it to him. It's been another month now and still no refund. Additionally on top of the 3 extra months they've charged me they take a first and last months deposit up front and I haven't received that back either. It's really unfortunate that they failed to resolve these problems because I would have gone back after my foot healed. They had great coaches and workouts but the place is a complete scam. Read through the reviews and you'll see this as a constant problem.
