We are temporary residents and when our dachshund Ruby was bitten by a large dog we looked for a vet in our area. I came up with NSAH and took her in hoping for the best...we got way more than the best! James set us up for Dr. Sarah and immediately comforted Ruby, who was shaking uncontrollably. Dr. Sarah, with her kind and confident manner kept both Ruby and I at ease as her bites were examined. Lindsey and Dr. Sara took care of us on several subsequent visits as Ruby developed complications, Ruby has never been this at ease at a vet! They poke and clean and drain wounds and she even amazed me that she was so calm, I feel that she knows she is being helped by people who care. Each of our many visits we were greeted at the front by Jennifer and Brooke who were always smiling and friendly and genuine in their concern for Ruby. There was a period that I called daily with a question or problem, everyone was always helpful, I felt that Ruby was a priority, which was really nice because we were terribly worried about her recovery.
NSAH will be our vet of choice from now on and I have happily recommended them to friends in the area that have pets.
Thank you all at NSAH for taking care of my little doggie, she is a part of our family. I feel she was given only the best of care at your hospital.
