Took some effort, but Scott got it done. We bought a 2012 Rogue and we were told that Bluetooth was pre-installed; when we realized there was no bluetooth in the vehicle we returned to the dealership and although the 1st person we spoke to was like "oh well...too bad, so sad"...and wouldn't do anything about it, we returned several times and Scott Myers continued to put pressure on his sales and parts departments until the situation was appropriately resolved.
