The massage treatment was pleasant but not spectacular. I added the Rhassoul treatment for $100. They hand you an espresso sized cup of mud that you put on yourself in a shower. As I'm undressing, a woman walks in on me without knocking to ask how I am. I'm covering my naked body and she's completely unperturbed by this. I tell her I'm fine and she walks away, and leaves the door open! People are just walking by so I scamper naked to close the door, as it opens out. It's towards closing time when I check out. As I'm paying, the front desk staff are making plans and talking about what they're doing after. No one asks how my service was and completely ignores me except to have me sign my receipt. For almost $1000 in total services, I expect more professionalism and care. I do not recommend coming to this spa. For the price point, your money is better spent at Encore. Although less expensive, even the Aria spa is better.
