  • Went to the one in Peoria off of Lake Pleasant Road. I quickly opened the door with my 4 year old in tow. She had glasses on and an eye patch. She's almost considered legally blind. She had to go to the bathroom and the 3 girls up front all refused to let her "go potties" . It was shocking and so sad having to explain to my daughter why Hand and Stone refused to let her go "pee in their potty." I'm disgusted and will make shire to spread the word and our experience and will certainly not do any Holiday shopping at this place. I'm hitting every social media site and tv station for this one...smh
