  • First time coming here because my car was in NEED of some TLC. Right off the bat they were super nice and they even fixed my little fender bender in the front, I thought that was nice because they didn't have to do that. They were extremely thorough and worth the every penny. I was unaware of the early bird special and I was kind of on the fence about paying the $19.99, but come to find out the cost is $5 cheaper if you go in the early am! So worth it!! I will definitely be coming back. Their customer service was unlike ANY car wash facility I have ever been to. Very pleased and happy my car finally looks like it did when I first got it. Well that was my first experience, second experience I have no idea what happened. But totally different. They didn't clean the inside as thoroughly still have little brown spots from my morning coffees all around my stick shift and my passenger side mirror still completely filthy with all the monsoon rain and dust storms (it doesn't even look like it was touched) First experience was amazing, the second experience I can take a finger to the dash and its still dusty. With that being said I'm on the fence about returning. The staff is awesome they're super nice but I'm paying for a car wash, if I'm going to receive this kind of service is rather just take it elsewhere and pay less. What happened!?
