  • I never write reviews but after my conversation with their employee AMBER I must! Both of my BFs go here and have been telling me to try it out. I have a problem with lashes. I have tried extensions 7 times and within a week my eyes are swollen and I am constantly tearing. I have had to always pay extra to have them removed. So I decided I will call and try it out. I called to make an appointment to with a lash apprentice and was told there are none at this time. I proceeded to tell AMBER my problems with other times I have had with extensions and I don't want to spend a lot of money on something that I have to take off within a week. I asked can we try a lower level and slowly build up with fills. She proceed to tell me yes they can do that and to book for the FLIRTY FEATHER extension. When I asked here how much AMBER quoted me a price of over $300. What a joke!!! Really I just explained to you my problem and told you what I have been thru in the past. Plus i KNOW what my BFs pay! Whoever is the owner should really evaluate their staff. They don't even have a price on their website for over $300. Pretty bad customer service on their part. There lash artist may be great but AMBER needs to be fired for trying to screw over a possible long term client.
