  • After seeing a Audi A8 advertised we drove over and met with salesman Jim Scritchfield who showed us the car. At no time did he try to pressure us at all and I told him we would leave and think about it. Again, no pressure. We decided we wanted to buy, and set up an appointment the next day. Jim had most of the documents ready to go and took us out to show us how to operate this complex, loaded car. Another salesman, Clark assisted us in closing and he was also great. The finance manager told us about extended warranty, service plan, etc., but never tried to pressure us to buy. All in all, a very professional operation on all fronts. No one trying to beat you up to buy more. Left with the car detailed and filled with gas. Great experience and I highly recommended.
