Most of the employees (especially cashier) seem to do is gossip and gossip, customers are right in front waiting for them to be called while they chit chat. I went to the electronics section asking where I can find a pocket projector, the sales associate flat out said "oh sorry we don't sell those" and continued on to chatting with his coworker. I walked around the area for a couple minutes and voila! Pocket projectors! And a handful of them! I didn't even mention anything because I was super annoyed.
I was complaining about my projector being defective but they told me it can't be returned because it's past 14 days already. I didn't even want a refund, I just wanted to get it replaced but they keep insisting they can't do anything to help me. And their website says that they "work tirelessly to ensure you are completely satisfied".
