  • located in the palazzo...everytime i've been to this barneys location, i've always had good service. last time, i came in looking for a pair of long black boots...i found a beautiful pair by roberto del carlo...but it wasn't my size...the sales person immediately checked their back stock and even tried to locate it from a different barney's...no luck, but i did walk out with the same boot in a chocolate brown...and even got 50% off...that's a $300 discount!! what a deal... did have to throw out the box though...it wouldn't fit into my suitcase...i hate that ...luckily it came with a dust bag =)
