  • Surgeon Dr Sheldon Martin in Arizona.... If you value your shoulder or any part of your body do not let him near you. He would not accept the fact that he could not assist with a small fractured rotator cuff. In his words "it's beyond my level of expertise" He is cranky, mean and plain out rude. I was referred to TOCA and after a Dr letterman reviewed my x-rays he's said "this will be a simple fix". After a quick surgery I'm back at 100 percent full range of motion and little scaring.
