I came to impact to make it my home shooting range after I moved back to town. I read awesome reviews about this place so decided to try it out. I had some minor issues with my bow and was also looking for someone to help me out as I was new to archery. I got to chat with the owner and asked if someone could help me fix my sight and he completely blew me off and told me that it was "close enough" and that was that. I want to be able to shoot competitively and "close enough" is not good enough. So it was whatever I figured I would just YouTube it to figure it out, but I was willing to give this place my business. Anyway I ended up shoot for about two hours and messed up an arrow. Asked another employee how much it would cost and if he could do it now. He acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I will never return. I probably would have been treated 100x better if I had bought my equipment there, but little did they know I needed to upgrade parts of my bow and eventually upgrade to a better bow. I gave them two stars because the range was very nice.
