  • I cracked my iPhone 4s. Now I'm mechanically inclined and had heard of the horror stories to replace the front screen (glass) by myself. I did extensive research on both products and instructions. When searching eBay or amazon, there were way too many choices and prices. None really showed the end result which made me skeptical. I found Hookup locally and called for info. They answered as many questions as possible and even held the last red one for me. (now don't flake on showing up if you ask them to hold one for you ). When I arrived, they had it waiting for me. I asked and got all of my questions answered. They even gave me a free accessory for checking in. I still planned on doing it myself. JJ did offer to do the installation for me (for a small fee) which I would have normally done. But I was insistent on doing it myself. He was very helpful and advised me to call or come in if I had any problems. Best customer service. Now they are busy, so if you call and ask a lot of questions, it might be best to just go in. 5 stars !!
