My location is 24/7, and it's open on holidays. So it's good to have around in case you need to pick something up when every other store is closed.
I've had terrible experiences with customer service though, one example being that they wouldn't initially take back their rotten peanuts. I had to call the manager and ask her to smell them to confirm that they were rotten, only then did I receive store credit.
Also, I find that Metro is significantly more expensive than most of its competitors. Would only shop here if I absolutely had to.
