  • I stop in once a year, just to see if anything has changed. Nope. Jerks as always. Never acknowledge my presence. Remember the scene from Pretty Woman??? This is the same store. I have plenty of money to spend....funny story, I told my husband how nasty they were, he said,"let's go!" We did and boy did we get service (side note, he's better looking then richard gere). I admit I returned everything later. But watching them service us was hilarious. I really do like their selection. I get bored with Nordstrom, but I cannot give my money to them. One last note...I don't just make this review as a bully on line. I made a phone call and spoke with the manager. Sorry, there is always more to say about their poor customer service....I believe it was the owner who spoke to the woman who entered 3 steps before me, but couldn't quite get around to that next "customer ". How do I know it was the owner? Can't be sure, but heard one of the young employees call him Dad.... Good thing we can buy most things on the internet!
