  • I have arrived at my destination and unloaded the truck. There is a considerable amount of damage to the safe that they loaded, as well as the china hutch/buffet. The clothes washer that was in perfect shape when loaded (and under two months old,) is scratched all over. There is a few instances of heavier boxes that were stacked on top of light boxes containing fragile glass, all the boxes of fragile glass that were stacked like that were squashed and had damage to items inside. I still cannot find the microwave, a small tv, and several boxes that though packed - didn't get loaded on our moving truck. Granted, they were there for me last minute, and loaded a ton of stuff for me. Without them I wouldn't have been able to get it done. However, in retrospect, I would watch the loading process more carefully and make sure all of my things made it actually on the truck. I am also more than a bit bothered that I have left two messages regarding the damages done to our stuff, and have not heard back.
