rev:text	I really hate giving 1 star reviews but man, this place really earned it, let me tell you. They specialize in cookies & ice cream. It USED to be really good. A few months ago, they changed owners and management & stuff really changed. 1) They took away their amazing specials. They used to have daily specials & a bakers dozen for 7.99 before 4pm. So... That sucked but you know what, the cookies & ice cream were so good, we kept coming back anyways. It's genuinely worth the price. But here's where they dropped to a 2 or 3 star place. The next few times we came, we saw that their cookies were getting smaller & really inconsistent with service. The more times we gave it a try, the less we liked it. The second to last time we came, it was about noon on a Sunday morning & they didn't have very many cookies out. On top of that, they were out of Mint Chip! Way to go, whoever is in charge of Inventory. We ended up leaving without getting anything. This very last time was the last straw. Today, my fiancé goes in around noon to get a dozen variety cookies & they don't have any cookies out. He asks the attendant if they have more in the back & she responds there are 2 or 3. So she says that if he wants to wait 10 minutes, a dozen will be ready. He clarifies & reiterates that he came for a variety & he questions if they'll really be ready in 10 minutes & she said "chocolate chip, right?" How can you assume that?? What if he waited 10 minutes thinking you can put multiple batches of cookies in just to find out that it's only going to be one flavor. Seriously... It's already irritating that you don't have the variety we want but to also be incompetent at your job, that's a new level of ridiculousness. Note to management: you specialize in cookies/ice cream. Stock your ice cream & have cookies ready during your hours of operation. You're going downhill. Def don't recommend anymore.
