  • I set an appointment to go over my backyard design, met with the CEO (according to his business card) Matt Lane. Every1 seemed nice and very professional. In the initial meeting I was quoted a pricepoint of 15-20 grand based on what I was looking at. Knowing my credit score is currently 735+ I knew this would not be a problem. I received a phone call from one of their call girls to review my 3D design and they asked me to come in on a Thursday or Friday. I politely told the girl I could not make it on one of those days because I would just be getting back to town after a week long work trip and needed to be in the office. I asked her if I could come in on Saturday instead. (to shorten this story) - She just kept saying - well I can do Thursday @ this time, or Friday @ this time. I said 1 more time I could not do Thursday or Friday because of my trip and asked if I could come in on Saturday. She then said - oh your designer does not do Saturday appointments. I asked her to double check and she said she would call me back. It has been 2-3 weeks and still no phone call or follow up email from the "CEO" I'm sorry - but if you want me to spend 15-20 grand on a backyard, if I asked you to meet me on a Sunday during football, you would think it wouldn't be a problem. Don't guess they want my money, fine with me I will go somewhere else.
