  • Five Star was my go-to for any auto needs whatsoever in the Phoenix area until I moved out of state last month. Kathy and Eric were always very communicative and answered every question I had with confidence. I think that's key with any place you visit seeking help - always ask questions to educate yourself and learn from the experts. They were always upfront regarding my auto needs and never tried to talk me into anything I didn't need. Five Star always set the proper expectations and let me know what kind of maintenance my car may need in the next 6-12 months each time I visited. Also, fabulous oil change prices. I miss these folks!
